CERTIFICATIONS/TRAININGS

FIRST AID/CPR CERTIFIED

All coaches are FA/CPR certified. Certification is either through American Heart Association (AHA) or any AHA equivalent certification.

CONCUSSION CERTIFIED

All coaches are Heads-Up certified. It is an online course to improve the culture of concussions. All coaches will need to be certified to provide a safe environment for the athlete.

CHILD ABUSE CERTIFIED

All coaches undergo a 4-hour training curriculum and a 1-hour examination to be certified. It is important to us to protect our youth, be active in the fight against child abuse, and carry out our responsibilities properly. Certification is through "Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training" which is funded by the California Department of Social Services and the Office of Child Abuse Prevention.
