PHYSICAL

Fundamentals is a critical part of understanding the game of basketball. No matter the skill level of the athlete, fundamentals will be enforced throughout the program. 

- Practices

Strength and Conditioning

- All of the above

- Beach Extreme 

Maintaining a healthy status will help with prevention and less susceptibility of injury.

Understanding the body and the basics of training and recovery. 

Evaluations will be made quarterly to keep track of individual progress of the athlete. Evaluations will help identify the strengths and weaknesses and will give the athlete an opportunity to work on the deficits to perform optimally.
